Citizens of the Schengen area don't need a visa for a short visit to Prague. Those from visa-exempt countries can also get a free transit visa that lasts a few days. Other citizens will have to apply for a regular tourist visa at a Czech embassy.

The half-hour journey to the city is absolutely worth the sights and the local food!
