Even though we spoke no french, drop off and pick up were so easy. The man who helped us was so kind, offered us water, tea, snacks and a restroom while we were checking in our things. Would highly recommend.
Situated right next to Colmar station it was easy for us to drop our luggage for few hours to go see the town. The guy was professional and helpful and kept our luggage intact.
Feedback- Bounce should provide with tie locks to service providers so that luggage can be locked, it gives more sense of security to the luggage owner.
