Excellent service! The lady in the shop was lovely, explained everything so well. We ended up using the service twice during our stay in Brighton and honestly I have no complaints. I would highly recommend using and will use again if I'm ever in the area.

I was in foreign country and it was difficult to find the place. I suggest you make the establishment name much bigger in the location description after booking. We spent 20 walking around until we noticed the name of the place. We didn't under stand the address, but the name was easy enough to read.

Convenient as it's close to the coach station (about 5 minutes walk). Smooth handover/pick up with helpful guy in the shop. I left all my bags there while I went for a worry free wander round Brighton before heading back to get bags and on to the coach station.
