So easy! Probably the best place to leave your bags in Fort Lauderdale! It’s a cafe! The staff are very nice and you can grab a bite before going. It was all perfect, affordable and walking distance to shops and food to keep you busy for layovers. Nothing sketchy about the place.!

First time using this service. This location was the perfect place to drop off our bags while waiting for a late flight after a cruise. Was walking distance to the beach, a state park, a movie theatre and mall. They were very friendly and said we could come by anytime if we needed to grab anything. Highly recommend.

The bounce app shouldn’t allow for check in times before 9:30 as that is when this location starts. They were super accommodating and easy to work worth however ❤️

We were running late on Sunday due to storms in the area and got to the location as they were closing (11pm). They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in and store our luggage. We picked up our luggage on Friday and stayed for some delicious pizza. Would definitely use them again when we're in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Ali was so accommodating and helpful! I can't say enough good about him. Location was easy enough to find and his generosity and hospitality was wonderful. He was kind, patient, and communicative. My first time using Bounce and will again after the experience leaving our 13 bags with him.

When we first got to the store we were shocked and disappointed because the employee said he did not have space for our luggage, he was "full". He then, however, changed his mind after realizing we had arrived in an Uber and had just planned to walk around the neighborhood for a few hours before a flight. We are grateful he was able to make the room and adjust for us It would have been a real issue had it not worked out.
