Stag friendly and responsive, dealing with us even whilst customers for the main cafe were trying to get served also. Difficult to locate initially. Address states a building number in the street, but there are lots of units. There is a sticker for a different storage app in the window, but not bounce.

Really easy drop off and pick up experience, with friendly staff. The only difficulty was finding the place. There are no „Bounce” signs on the door and all you are given is an address. There are four or five businesses with the same address and two of them are cafes. It would really help to include the cafe name in the location details.

Highly recommend!! Easy to find and the people who work there are so lovely and helpful. You also get to see where your luggage is stored and how secure it is. What more could you want! 5 star, thank you Bike Rental KRK. PS they have an awesome selection of bikes too if you fancy renting one out whilst they are looking after your luggage.

Top ratedIt would be easier to locate if there was a Bounce logo on the entry however the overall service was very good. Easy drop off and pick up. Would definitely use the service in the future if required.
