Everything was fine except I rang up the store days before arriving because I was only booking if there was a toilet or somewhere to get changed inside before and after dropping my bag off, they said yes there is. However upon arrival I was told no, so I had to go back into the train station and use their toilets. Got bag back safely.

This was a very good location close to Manchester Victoria Train Station. The facility was very clean and the staff very helpful. The Google position of this facility was not accurate and was about 200 metres away in a very busy area. We phoned the mobile number sent with the booking confirmation and the person who answered did not seem to understand what I was asking and was not able to help. When we found eventually found the location the service was very good

Amazing! I would completely use this service again, so efficient, the team were so friendly and hospitable, having this service helps so much when your hotels out of town but you need to leave from the city later that day as in my case, cheap and cheerful! ☺️

I understand that many customers might feel unsafe to leave their luggage in certain locations. From my experience I can guarantee everyone that this place is a good hotel and pays good attention to safety. They give you a tag receipt for each piece of luggage and store it in a separate room. They were also very friendly and fast. My experience was totally great!

Great easy check in and retrieval. I’m not sure how safe I felt my bags were though. Maybe a simple ticket to identify which bags were left and the same ones got back?

Amazing service from the staff on reception. Could see I was in a rush to make the gig after my train delay so took it quickly and then when I arrived back had it ready waiting for me. Super friendly, impeccable service and will definitely use again!

The storage point is convenient and ease to access. Storage keepers are smart and efficient. Our luggages remains clean and in good shapes when we picked them up. The only thing needs improvement would be the storage address….better name it “Oxford Road Post Office & Souvenirs” rather than “10A Oxford Road…”which took minutes to clarify its actual venue.
