This was such an affordable convenience. 15 of my girls traveled into Phoenix for my Bachelorette party. We landed around 8am and we weren’t able to check in our Air B&B until 4pm. Bounce kept us from having to lug around luggage.

Top ratedIt was SO great to be able to drop off our luggage in the city while we toured Scottsdale now that Phoenix Airport no longer stores luggage. Store clerks knew what to do. We had to be back by 6 pm when store closed but that was no problem. The clerks attending us that day were excellent! Thank you BOUNCE and UPS store!

It was a good experience overall. Felt uneasy leaving them at first because the employee left them in front of the counter while helping multiple other customers. It would have been easy for someone to snatch them if I left right away.. I had to ask him to put them behind the counter before I left. That was kind of weird in my opinion, but other than that had no trouble when we came to pick them up!
