Experience overall was excellent, easy drop and pick up. Reservation didn't limit the time, "come whenever you want before we close". Also, close to the main railway/metrostation. One star away because it was a little hard for the first timer to realize where the place was, that it actually WAS a hair product store, not an ordinary place to store your stuff... Definitely will use this service again!

The store was easy to find. The owner did not seem very talkative so we felt some information was left kind of hazy. The luggage/storage room was already open when we arrived for check-in/out. It did not seem that safe as the luggage was visible and stored close to the door.

Friendly service, good location and easy exchange. Was a bit worried since the handler just let me choose my own belongings when I fetched my bags – this way anyone could choose just the bag that looked the best. Could there be a way to do the exchange so that the handler knew which bag belongs to which customer?
