While the location of this shop is convenient and facing a main street it would really be helpful to provide additional location markers once customers confirm a booking, eg, photos of the shop front and nearby stores or buildings. I only found out from reviews that the storage shop is a shoe repair/key maker called Mister Tikalon and that it’s next to a supermarket Alnatura. Perhaps allow customers to upload photos of the shopfront and surroundings of the location as a visual reference for future customers?

The staff is friendly but there are no tags/receipt/pictures that we got to identify our bags. For check out we just take the bag ourselves. So it really depend on honesty of the customers. I could say that another bag is mine and the staff will never know. But we check in and check out our bags safely
