It was the first for the employees and myself, but the lady that checked my bags in was very polite and courteous. The gentleman that helped me when picking up my luggage was also very polite and courteous as well. If I travel again and needed to store luggage for a bit I will definitely choose this store again. "HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!"
This was our first time, so it was a bit confusing for both us and the folks working at this location. Luckily, the person working here was able to figure out how the process works. Overall, pretty easy for both parties. The storage made it easy for us to explore the city while waiting to check-in to our lodging. I'm appreciative of the customer service.
