The people who run the operation were very friendly. I would have no reservation in recommending this location.
Check in/check out didn't go through the Bounce QR code so I had no way of knowing whether I was covered by the Bounce protection. The opening hours were indicating Closed on Bounce when I arrived - but the place was open as had been indicated to me the night before.
Loved my experience. My bag was safe. Friendly professional staff. Convenient location at the Tram stop. I would bring my bag back the next time I visit Montpellier.
