The employees at Snacks Express are amazing! The older male employee from Egypt was such a saviour! My phone died so I couldn’t access the QR code needed to check out my luggage. He offered to charge my phone, and kept me company while we waited. Such a great experience!

I was rushed to leave my luggage at the store due to the train. I thought it was close to impossible because it was Thanksgiving, but I was able to leave my luggage here with the help of the support team from bounce app. They were so kind to welcome me and I was able to find my luggage very quickly and comfortably when I got it back.
