We were thrilled by the staff member running things, especially because I could not use the entrance listed in this app due to a mobility aid. He made sure I was still able to drop off and pick up our bags despite this, and was so kind when we were late due to getting lost

When you’re dropping your personal belongings off somewhere to hold while you explore the city, it’s refreshing when the employee is welcoming, has a sense of humour and friendly. Makes it easier knowing your belongings are safe and in good hands. This is my second time using this service in Toronto and won’t be my last.

Despite initial impressions (as we were expecting a storage facility not a shop), a number of cases were already there in full view of customers. Our mind was put at ease as they took a picture of us with the case and confirmed the shop would not be left open if a staff member needed to go into the rear.
