Le personnel est efficace et accueillant. Le Novotel est directement à côté de la gare, très pratique.
The person helping us was amazing. We didnt’ know about Bounce but she showed us and helped us with all the steps. The other staff also helped us with a map. Woudl happily stay at that hotel and use this service in the future.
