It’s was generally fine. My flight was delayed by two and half hours and subsequently I arrive late to drop off my bag. The vendor said that if you don’t turn up on time the company can give your slot to another customer. He made out like he was doing me a favour - generally fine but not sure I would select this place again.

Excellent service, safe and close to the central station

This was my first time ever using this app and dropping off my luggage’s in a place. I was skeptical at first bc I had 6 huge luggage’s and the place is inside a smoke/souvenir shop. Overall, the experience was great. The location is about a 7min walk from Amsterdam central station. I booked a day before and the drop off/pick up took less than 10minutes.
