Make it clear at the time of booking that the bags are not in a locked room/area

Bags were stored under the stairs in the store but within sight of the shopkeeper at all times. Very convenient for Amsterdam-Centraal Station.

Quite close to the central station.

It would be better to inform client that there are no lockers in this place. Luggages are kept all together at the supermarket. I had the feeling that luggages are not on a secure place.

The Luggage is stored in the store itself, not in a separate room or behind the counter. Although the guy said it‘s safe - and in the end everything was okay - it still felt unsafe, because anyone could have just grabbed it.
