SO glad to have this option--and not drag my bag all over DC!

It would help a lot if a BOUNCE sign is shown on the store door or front wall.

This is convenient and effective. But more importantly the lady at this particular place was SO NICE. She was helpful, understanding and kind and exactly what I needed after a stressful morning.

The only complaint I have is that the location doesn't clearly show it as a Bounce business from a block distance away. It wasn't until I walked up to the front door that I noticed some small sign that showed it was affiliated with Bounce. I was expecting a sign at the top of the business which would clearly show customers they were at the right building. Other than that, I have no issues.

The store owner was extremely kind and represented Arlington well. When I arrived the door was locked because he was using the restroom. I love that he cared to lock the door when he wasn't sitting at his counter. I highly recommend this location if you're in the area for a conference and need a place to store luggage before airbnbs open.

I was really hesitant on using this Company while we were on vacation and I ended up with a great experience, twice!!

Good location to the airport. I was surprised there were no tags for the bags, and our bags were stored in an open front area of the smaller store where customers come in and out of the store. The bags were there we got back in 2-3 hours. We trusted the honor system, and it worked. However there should be tags for bags, and they should be stored at least behind the counter.

Staff is friendly and helpful.
