Luggage storage Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

The WhatsApp link doesn't work! I had to call using internal service phone.! But the place it's amazing!!

+ not far from airport (around 8$ Uber) + friendly and helpful staff + well equipment inside (water, coffee, tea, soap, power, ..) - you have to call when arrival and departure (wich sucks, because as an international you have to register to get WiFi there) - description of telephone number is incomplete (as international you have to add “+1” at first)

Excellent experience through and through. As a global frequent flyer this is super useful for me to squeeze in sight seeing in between layovers. The whole process was smooth quick and efficient.

It served my purpose, and the response time to calls was prompt.

After arriving, the first few calls were automatically answered. Because it is an unmanned co-working place, there are no employees inside. I just leave my luggage in the space in front of the bathroom. No separate cabinet/lock. When I went to pick it up, the spa was open, so my luggage had been moved to another corner, and I just had to carry it out when I went out to retrieve it. No one is counting the numbers anyway. It feels like I just do all the work and pay the money.

Checkin took time since the phone call failed. Checkout was excellent!!!

A little challenging to find the place, I was looking for something called “Bounce” as I didn’t realize it was actually a shared workspace named “Revival”. Regardless, the booking, drop-off, and pick-up were all quick and easy! Fee is small, and felt pretty confident our bags would be safe. Thanks a ton!

Difficult to contact, it took them half an hour to open the door, it is difficult to contact them if you have a foreign phone

There is no staff on spot. You must call in order to open the door remotely. As a tourist I only had data plan. Allthough tthey said they had Whatsup, they didn't. So in order to open the door on arrival or in checkout the process was frustrating. On the plus side it offers a bathroom. Just fix the communication issue
