A bit hard to find but once I saw the small sticker on the Door everything went smoothly

Our flight was delayed and pickup was on a Sunday so when we got notification that the location had closed by the time we got to Britomart station we figured we would have to wait until next day but we're pleased that the store was still open and could retrieve our luggage. Good experiences with Bounce both times we have used it. Thanks!

The young man in the store was very efficient and helpful. I would like him to know that he got us a cab which ended up being 2 cabs which was fine, however, even though we followed the first cab and arrived right behind him, we were charged $170 and our companions were charged $138. That is unacceptable. If he can talk to the lead driver who seemed to be in charge, we’d like our overcharge back. We even tipped our driver and the treatment we received is just not right. How can two cabs leaving at the same time and arriving at the same time be $32 difference in the total. We feel like we just got scammed. Dave Helms. There is absolutely no signage that the convenience store is the Bounce location. Nearly missed it.

Once we found the store, the service was very accommodating. The store needs better signage to let travelers know where they are! Signage needs to be out on the street and sidewalks and then also on the storefront.
