Was so helpful to allow us to spend day in Austin before our flight. Convenient location and great customer service at the shop.

I arrived at the location at 10:20. There were two other people waiting outside. The location indicates opening at 10 but no one was there. Someone eventually arrived after 10:30. No use of the app or showing the code was required they just gave me a dry cleanin ticket to reclaim my bag when I returned. I was concerned I may not get my stuff back when I would arrive to the location simply because they already exhibited they make their own hours and I had a flight in the afternoon to catch.

Thank you for keeping an eye on our luggage. We explored Austin worry free. And thanks for letting us hangout and dry off from the rain.
