Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, took bags downstairs upon arrival for added security but had brought back up before pickup for easy pickup upon verification. Great location near public transportation and open late for evening pickup!

I was running late because I couldn’t find an uber and the person working was nice enough to wait late for me to retrieve my bag. I appreciated that.

I think they need somewhere where the bags are securely stored - when we arrived back to collect them, they were next to the reception desk, and were unattended for a few minutes while we waited.

Great service with no hassles. We had a small plasic bag and 5 large suitcases. We were charged an extra 2 pounds for the bag so just be aware of any bits attached to cases - you will be charged.

My bags are constantly on the watch by the staff. Convenient and good.

I missed my train at checkout due to a lack of staff, who were doing some cafe work at the same time. Nonetheless, it was okay.
