When I picked it up, I was not asked for identification or my name.

It would be nice if they had the suitcases locked! That's the only thing to improve, otherwise everything was fine! My luggage was very safe though.

We have left our suitcases after booking online, what is very striking is that they do not verify anything at all, neither when leaving them nor when picking them up. Luckily ours were intact.

The receptionist didn't use the code, he didn't even take a picture of the backpacks. My colleague and I had to leave them alone in a room that looked like an office. During the collection we also had to pick them up by ourselves, there were many other bags and the receptionist didn't care if we take our bags or not. In the end everything was ok, we have our backpacks, but if it continues like this, it could be a problem.

There was not security or any check to be sure I'm the right person. The local bagage was open and everyone can go in there easily.

Smooth drop off and pick up, friendly staff. The room is reasonably secure but nothing is checked on pickup.

Bags taken into open office room which was accessible to guests and no ticket/proof of ownership of the bags required for pick up so anyone could of seen them and said the bags belonged to them.

Everything worked out fine. We were able to order a taxi through the hotel and were there in a few minutes.
