Stairs were steep to get to their reception area where our luggage was held. They came and carried the luggage down for us, then back up the stairs when we arrived to pick up. No issues.

This was such a convenience for us and I had only learned of this service just a few weeks ago. The location of the Athletic Club to both the downtown core and the Aquarium T stop is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. You guys were awesome. It was a Saturday, so the hours were a bit limited, but this made clear and it wasn't an issue. Staff was very friendly, and this service didn't feel like an imposition, though I'm sure it's a bit of a pain.

The staff were really friendly and we had no issues but I wouldn’t have felt confident leaving anything of value - I would recommend investing in proper labels and asking for the bounce code to be able to pick up the luggage.

Need better check-in/check-out system. They called after I’d already picked up my bags to let me know they were closing. I appreciate that, but initially thought something was wrong like I’d forgotten something. If their system was better, then that wouldn’t have happened.

You can't see the house number 85, so to understand that it was the right shop I had to ask
