They were very friendly and helpful. We dropped our luggage for a wonderful day in Boston. They made the process easy. I would use them again.

There was lots of bags/suitcases when I dropped mine off, I had to lift it on top of another in the cupboard that was left open for all to see its contents. Coming back it had obviously been lifted down & was just in the shop side of the doorway, where I thought it was really insecure. Location was v good & easy to find by South Station.

Look for a store with a small sign saying Snax. Great and friendly service. was quick and easy.

There should be an extra security step to verify ownership. First the luggage is inside the store but not behind a counter. Everyone acceding the store can see the lugagges or potentially take them. At check out we were sled which one was our luggage amongst the lugares there. No verification Therefore any one can point and take any luggage. Maybe the store owner or the app should implement a picture of the luggage at check in taht is linked to the check in number.

All the bags were pretty exposed, felt like anyone could take them and mine had a work laptop in it!

The name of the store on Google maps is Snacks.. the name of the store on the sign or front is SNAX... Also, the location pointer on Google maps was on the wrong side of the street, seemingly inside the office building.
