Store was helpful in trying to locate the reservation code that is not supplied in the app booking. They could not, but reaching out to support supplied the number.

The man was very nice, asked us to take a picture with our luggage as proof but it was the same employee when we returned and he recognized us. Luggage is taken into a backroom not out on the floor. Very cute coffee shops nearby too :)

Easy drop off and pickup and the lady at the asked me to take a picture of myself with the bag to proof it was mine upon pickup. Bags were stored in a private room, which felt very secure.
