The store was absolutely amazing! The two guys that helped us were very personable and it was such an easy experience! It's literally just up the street from Fenway which was perfect for us to attend a game as our flights got in late and we didn't have time to stop at the hotel before the game. Will definitely use them again if need be!

The service was easy and QUICK. The representative was very efficient and took care of our bags quickly both upon drop off and at pick-up.

Easy peasy, no fuss, and I love that they have it in a backroom away from retail customers. Also you get a ticket to match with your luggage like you would at a coat check.

I’ve used this location twice, and each time the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The Red Sox game had a delayed start due to rain — the store stayed open an extra 30min to help make sure everyone didn’t miss the end of the game, so nice!
