The store should use the ticket system that other bounce stores use to indicate that you have luggage to be picked up at the store. I was never given a ticket, and someone at the store used my account to check someone else out, so it looked like I had already picked up my luggage.

Drop-off was quick and easy. Pick-up was another story. The restaurant was full of customers and I had to ask twice to get my luggage. Didn’t like the wait.

No lockers. A stairway. It appeared to be sketchy. I left my items anyway. Returned and everything was still there. Keep items of value with you or put tracking device and a lock on your bag. I will use them again if necessary. Short 5 minute walk from TD Garden. Can’t beat it for the price if you need to short term storage. The business owner was very nice! I’m very appreciative!!
