This was a great spot for my group of ten (which included 18+ bags, mostly large luggage), and the staff stored it with ease and kept it safe. Some reviews say it is hard to find, but I strongly disagree. It could not have been easier to find unless it walked up and slapped me in the face first. I highly recommend!

Very good and simple

It is customary to hand over a ticket with a code that links the suitcase and the customer when receiving luggage. At least that is how it has been in the other places where I have left my luggage several times. They should consider implementing it. It does not provide security for the customer to hand over their luggage in an unknown place, without some kind of receipt guaranteeing their return.

The staff were beyond friendly! The nice gentleman in black accommodated to all the tiny needs, explained everything in perfect detail {just how I like it,so a smart child would understand everything}, plus both he and the waiter were refreshingly patient with how long I needed to repack things again to not need any of my stuff till the late evening

Maybe you should put bigger sign on the street in order gain time for traveller ;)

Bags are kept upstairs in a staff only location (10/10 for security). Easy to find. Great staff. Nearby center. Located in a food court alleyway.

I needed to add 2 bags to an already made reservation. When the staff asked me for the QR code I mistakenly clicked the one for check out...legally so my luggage had already been collected, so I was afraid to leave my personal belongings as the locker was the owner of a bar anyway , there wasn't a room with cabinets to put things in...you just had to leave them to him. Despite all this, and despite there not being the same person at baggage claim, we found our bags. Excellent service.
