The experience was easy to set up. The convenience store was easy to find, but there was a little bit of a language barrier when I asked some questions. Also, they just placed my bag at the back of the store in the open. No security at all. I was hoping that they would lock it in a back room or something. Not a huge concern for me as I was only leaving clothes in the bag, but it would definitely concern me if I had to valuables in the bag. Overall, I would use the service again, but I may look for a location that physically locks up the bags.

Store was easy to find. The man just put my two suitcases at the end of the aisle by the back exit. No lockers, didn't lock them up. He said they would be fine and they were. It just wasn't what I pictured.
