Straight forward

My suitcase was broken while in their care. It happens, but it's a complication. I was offered compensation, first through wire transfer, then asked if PayPal was okay. I didn't mind PayPal, but it has added rules that I don't recieve the money instantly, but with a approx 3 week delay. So I don't have the compensation yet. I'm reluctant to rate becuase there is always a little fear something will go wrong. But if it goes all right, then this was a 5-star experience, because of their politeness and speed it resolving the issue on their side.
