Luggage storage Carslile Station

Attitude was unsympathetic and unhelpful with the implication that I really shouldn't bother downloading the app. 5pm restriction 'because of insurance', looks ridiculous since the hotel is open until late and all the receptionist does is walk to a cupboard and open it. Nowhere else in Carlisle, so it has to be this.

Great location, easy to find and nice staff.

The staff in the hotel were so lovely, really helpful and it was so quick to both check in and pick up my bag. It's also literally next door to the train station so it's ideal. Would highly recommend

It needs better signage

Would have been 5 stars if it said where the storage was. Bounce is listed as in an alleyway on Google maps, and its neighbours (pub, cafe) has no idea where it is when in fact it is inside the station hotel which I discovered when I wanted to ask if they could store it for me as I could not find the Bounce address.
