Easy to reach and very well located right next to Piazza Del Duomo. Very friendly staff but dirty place (I used the toilet and saw a dead cockroach there).

Everything's great. There's a nice Polish woman working in the cafe who will also tell you what to do and where to go;)

When we arrived we were told the shop closed at 8pm, not 10pm like the app said, so we had to come back earlier than planned to collect our bags. The woman at the shop was also very short with me and quite rude. I left not feeling very confident in leaving our bags there. When we did collect the bags they were fine and the woman friendlier but it did not give me the peace of mind I was hoping for when we booked.

Everything okay

An easy check-in/check-out experience and really great location. Just 2 small things to improve: 1) more security when it comes to checking in - all I was asked was to take a picture of my bag - there was no checking of booking code etc 2) the opening/closing times on Google maps aren’t the same as on the Bounce app which gave me a slight scare! I.e google maps was showing the store closes at 8pm when in fact I had booked my luggage collection for 8.30pm. But all good in the end…

Great service! We had to wait a while at first to get the attention of staff until they took our luggage but it was fast and easy after that.
