It is hard to find - would be helpful to indicate you are a Bounce location at the front to make it easier for people to know how to enter.

The lack of opening hours on Sundays is misleading

The people are very friendly and also helped us with tips on where to eat and gave us a free map of Como.

Very practical location (near Como S. Giovanni) and a super friendly, accommodating team. Very well maintained, everything was perfect. A check when picking up the luggage would be even better, so that theoretically no one takes another piece of luggage without authorization (but I think the risk is quite small, so it's not that bad).

Helpful, friendly staff at this hostel, just a few minutes walk to the Como ferry and center of town. Seems like a good place to stay also…

Ostello Bello worked great to store our luggage. It was about a 10 minute walk from the fast boat dock to drop our luggage. We picked it up after sightseeing in Como and walked from there about 10-15 min to the train station (S Giovanni). They had a platform between flights of stairs for luggage storage that had a camera pointed at it for security. We had 5 pieces. We did lock them together for extra safety. When we arrived to pick up, the platform was packed with luggage but we were able to climb in and pass the luggage out over the top of the others without pulling all the luggage out to get ours. The employee at the desk knew about Bounce and quickly found our reservation, she gave us a slip of paper with our info on it to identify when we returned to collect the luggage. She was very friendly. Service worked out very well for our travels.
