Really easy spot with nice and helpful person in the shop.

The storage room is in the basement with stairs. Maybe help people go down and up.

Perhaps you could use security lockers or a reinforced door in the room where you store your luggage.

In addition to being very friendly, the staff speaks Spanish.

Gentleman who checked us in was lovely, explained everything well and carried our suitcases down for us. The young woman who checked us out unfortunately seemed confused and stressed. She gave us the suitcases we pointed at without confirming our reservations or checking our number tags. No security check, and we could have easily asked for one extra or the wrong one. We were five people, and she could not have recognized us as we didn’t meet when delivering. We had to pull them from under the stairs ourselves and carry them up, which is okay, but different from what the other employee did. Happy with the suitcases being locked by cable, but not happy about the way it was handled by the second staff since it is a safety concern.

Very professional and courteous, my bag was securely locked with a cable and stored discreetly out of sight.

It's a great concept. Great that it is possible. We just thought it was strange that you don't get a receipt or something with which you can pick up your bag. That gave us the feeling that anyone can pick up that bag, especially if there are other staff in the store.

The store was good and workers friendly. I just don't thing the app is necessary for one piece in storage, they could do the procedure faster on the till.
