Please note, the depot is located IN the “panorama Deira” hotel. The application is not up to date. Except that. Everything was very good and practical.

In the app was written that I will receive the exact address after reservation. I received some address and I was navigated using the app. The app navigated me to the wrong place. Just imagine it's 40 degrees outside and you're still walking around with a suitcase looking for an address. It took me almost an hour to find this place. I found this place only after contacting the support service. It was a hotel opposite the mall. I would put 5 stars if Meya didn't have to walk around like a fool around one place.

Easy and efficient. Metro is very close and 4 stations away from the airport. We have dropped our luggages and explored the Deira neighborhood, including gold souk and naif souk.

Friendly staff, open 24 hours, quick drop off and pickup as intended without issue. Located across from a mall so easy to kill some time. The area is busy and hard to find Uber during rush hour, nothing to do with the facility but plan accordingly.

Reliable. They are located close to a metro stop that leads directly to the airport and we’re secure with my item!

Great service, everything went well.

Great service, friendly and quick - I left my luggage with them, it was tagged, had to show a piece of said tag to reclaim my baggage. Only problem was that my luggage was stored directly IN the lobby of the hotel, right next to the seating area in front of the windows - you could see it from outside the hotel. I know the receptionists look after it, but it would've been nicer to know they store it somewhere safer in a locked room..

Location was quite nearby to public transportation. Just that the road traffic nearby is quite high.

The staff was friendly and professional. They made the process as smooth as possible.

Very friendly staff! The hotel is also large and has a large hotel sign hanging outside the building, so it is easy to find from [union] station!
