The shop was closed when we arrived at 1355 and there was a sign saying back in 5 minutes. We were just about to leave when it opened at 1420. None of this was on the website.

We should have been advised of their working hours. It was almost 11am before we could drop our bags and our flight had landed at 7am!

The luggage storage kiosk is right on the corner of The Shore station when you get off the tram. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to see because there is nothing on the outside saying that you can leave your suitcases here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Booking is done with a QR code from the poster, so you must have internet access, and you can pay via PayPal or cards directly during the booking process. Everything is super easy. Thank you for the service.
