What a great idea! I wish I thought of it!

The man was very helpful and kind. There was just no signage at all that indicated Bounce outside or inside the hotel, and the hotels street sign was also obscured. Google and Apple maps weren’t clear.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. One of the staff members spoke English as well which was very helpful. However, it was very difficult to find the front desk for bag drop off. I wish there were clearer instructions to go to the fifth floor and that door.

Picking up our bags, we found them labeled individually with tags saying '2 belle ragazze'. He didn't ask our names and was looking on his phone.
