Luggage storage Central Station

Super convenient & easy.

The staff member we booked the luggage in with seemed uninterested, and not very helpful. Luggage appeared to just be being kept in a hallway rather than in a properly secured area.

It would have been nice to know that the drop-off spot was also a convenient store. It did not feel like it was that secure. We were given one tag for four pieces of luggage, which was worrisome.

Not stored in a secure or safe place. No proper receipt, I was given a meaningless number as I had to locate my own bags when I picked them up.

The process was easy and affordable. The staff was professional.

There are no signs to say that Bounce is in the store. We only found the shop after a random taxi driver told us as we wandered up and down Hope Street in Glasgow searching. Better signage is a must. I would have abandoned the search but I'd already paid. Store is very busy but staff were accommodating and relatively friendly. No signage in store at all regarding Bounce.

I would recommend that when bags are left they are all tagged. As on pick up I was offered 3 other peoples bags which weren’t mine.

Great service. Very convenient location for Glasgow Central. We used the service twice as it was so good.

The plus is that our suitcase was kept safe in the time it was stored 😊 however,, the storage facility is inside a convenience store/post office & there is no signs at all on the windows to suggest it is bounce luggage storage. The guy in the shop put the suitcase in a back room & gave us a numbered ticket. The shop/back store room did not feel secure & I didn’t feel at ease leaving it.

Good location as very close to the train station. Very straightforward checking in and reclaiming baggage

Next to the train station, friendly staff, very convenient. We could enjoy our last day in Glasgow free of luggage.

Maybe need a sign outside saying Bounce bag drop!

No check of details when claiming luggage. Was a little disconcerting - but perhaps the shopkeeper has an excellent memory.?!
