The most excellent bounce experience I've ever had

Customer service should be a priority. A smile and basic politeness cost nothing but make the difference. Better indication from inside the Glasgow airport would have been useful.

Receptionist was indifferent. Never smiled once. We certainly did not feel welcomed more of a nuisance.

When I checked in my bag, the customer had to take it to the warehouse. The staff only talked to me.

We were given quick friendly service

Hi, check in process was difficult. I popped in to check the booking prior to bringing the bags down but then when I bought all the bags kids etc etc to drop off they said the booking didn’t have the name, couldn’t accept the bags or assist in any way without the name. Then I had to connect to internet, try to make sure no child ran away and figure out to update. No doubt my fault but that is why I checked first. The second staff member wasn’t busy, no hotel guests around however was very dismissive and uninterested in any help. In any case pick up was great.

The hotel is right next to the airport and its easy to drop off and easy pick up.
