They would have gotten a perfect score from me if it wasn't for one incident. Had my baggage in storage for a week and dealt with various staff during period, they were mostly fantastic. However, one big burly guy is a bit clueless in communicating with customers. I was trying to correct, nothing provoking or rude, a new staff who got the wrong QR nunber in looking me up, and the big burly guy intervened and rudely told me to "calm down". It was 110% unnecessary, uncalled for and rude.

Friendly service, the attendance from the scuba company were friendly and helpful. it was a little disconcerting that there was no Bounce Identication on site at all. We basically had to trust the scuba companies attendant to. Lock up our items. Otherwise, the process was smooth.

Great place to store luggage for a visit to Iolani Palace before or after your flight. Super friendly staff and easy drop off & pick up experience.

I just walked in, they helped me with checking in and paying over the phone (old person, not good with internet stuff)

Quick and easy bag drop in between a cruise ship disembark and an airplane flight. It freed my family up to explore Oahu for the day.
