The desk attendants were very nice and helpful. The only concern to note is that it there wasn't any clear processes for verifying that the bags I picked up were in fact mine. I would use storage at this location again only for things that are not too valuable or important. For anything of significant value or importance, best to use a more secure facility.

The location was within a hostel, and the front desk attendant was amazing and very friendly. Also when retrieving our bags, there was no delay and the front desk person then was super friendly as well.

Convenient

Stored my luggage here for a few hours. Everything went smoothly. My luggage was there when I returned to pick it up.

Check-in was quick, it would be great if there was an option to use the showers.

Getting there in the morning was very easy and quick, but when grabbing our bags at 8PM the metal door to the office was locked. It would be nice to provide the code for the time being for BOUNCE users to get in. We ended up waiting until a hostel guest came out.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Our luggage was stored in a secure location. It was so incredible helpful as we were able to go do several activities with no hassle. We will would use again. Thank you!

We did a walk in, but bookin was easy & convenient. Tags were immediately taken for storage. The rates was also a plus. Thank you

Staff is very helpfull and friendly. We thanks the staff to guide us how to book the arrangement with Bounce to store our lugguage as we has not installed the Bounce app in advance.

Wasn’t sure if I needed to check out my bag for storage on bounce website but informed when I asked reception at hostel that I didn’t need to do that ….thank you

This was my first time using bounce and I was really impressed by how easy inconvenient it was. My drop off process was quick and easy, the guy at the desk was really friendly, I had no issues. My only concern was when I picked up my belongings, the woman working opened the storage room and said go ahead and grab yours. So I could’ve grabbed any bag at that point as she wasn’t verifying. I was looking around the room and noticed my luggage wasn’t there. I started to panic and said multiple times that it wasn’t in the room, but she assured me it was probably just under some other things but it was three large pieces so I knew it wasn’t. After starting to panic, she checked another spot and they had putt it in a different storage room, which is fine, just caused a little panic while trying to find my stuff. I will definitely use bounce again, and would even probably use this location again, but would’ve felt safer if I wouldn’t have had access to anyone else’s belongings.
