Although we were given the name of area, the picture sent of the actual location was misleading. It had a person on a raft on a river - this was confusing as no river/sea/water is in the area. The directions to the actual address weren’t clear. We had to drive around for a while and had to ask passers by, even workers on the same complex
didn’t know the company. The building wasn’t easy to identify so signage needs to improve. Furthermore, the entry door was locked shut both at drop off and pick up. You could easily think no one was inside had we not knocked loudly.
The storage area was actually in the reception area which had very limited space. I was worried about the security of my luggage but thankfully it was ok on collection.
On the plus side, emails were replied to in a timely manner.
