Everything is perfect 👍

Used luggage tags which I appreciated. Followed correct procedures with QR code.

Address isn’t super clear online

No signs whatsoever, staff was confused and didn't know what to do both on drop off and pick up... We also picked up 1 item earlier and they didn't make any notes on that, just gave the backpack away (to us, luckily).

not everyone from the staff was able to pick up the bags, we had to wait for their boss and we were in a hurry. They were nice but still not a great service for turists who have to travel.
