Polite, fast, reliable. I recommend it. Being within walking distance of the airport was also a great advantage. They speak English. They took photos as soon as they picked up the luggage and uploaded them to the app. Rest assured.

Easy place near the airport

This was a great spot to store our luggage for a couple of days while we explored Portugal. We were planning on spending a couple of days in Lisbon then Porto after doing business in Germany and London. So we had 4 luggages total and it was nice not to have to haul them around on trains, etc. it was easy to find the location and the gentleman who collected our luggage was fast and efficient. We were able to collect everything after 4 days and everything was intact. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, friendliness and support in providing information to tourists

There should have been a sign to make the store easy to identify. A local resident had to help us find the store.

Close to the airport, easy to find and access. It’s a market so you can even grab some snacks and the people are friendly.

The attendants were very friendly and helpful. The place is ideally located close to the Airport and Vasco da Gamma Mall, making it super convenient.

What a wonderful person, my absolute go-to next time in Portugal as well

It wasnt hard to find because there was a guy outside waiting for us, but maybe a sign would be handy?
