The woman working was lovely and accommodating. We had a great chat with her and felt comfortable leaving our things behind. For the record, Bounce should be giving a much larger cut of the money customers pay to the businesses storing the luggage!!!

The store did not finalize the process when I collected my luggage. That said, very good service. Special mention for Bounce customer service which is exceptional. When I notified them, they fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes.

Great first experience using Bounce. Had a bit of trouble locating the store though even though on a main road, but the listing picture helped.

The manager is really friendly, he explains everything to you in great detail. I had a last minute change of schedule and I had no problem collecting my luggage. I would definitely use the app again

Lovely store and lovely owners! Really convenient and great location. However there were some security concerns. I would recommend a different collection system. At the moment they are recommending taking a picture of your bags and showing them upon collection - this is a poor system. If people have the same bag then how will you know the difference? This is what happened to us and there was some confusion from one of the owners. A ticketed system where you also need to verify your reference number against a reference number for each bag would be better.
