Nice place. Easy to check in. I would like to see more security. I went in and dropped off my bag in a room. There wasn't any verification of my bag, nor was there when I picked it up. I could have walked out of there with anybody's bag and anyone could have walked out with mine. The trust system you have lacks the security I'd like to see.

Although I didn't notice if there was a camera in the room, I suggest that every time someone goes to pick up their luggage, they are accompanied or handed over by an employee.

People put their own luggage into the luggage storage room which means they have access to other people’s luggage. Our bags were not tagged specifically so honestly anyone who had put their luggage in the room could have also taken our bags

Take better care of your bags

Hello, during our stay we honestly liked several things, one of them is the room, it was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, we liked the shower system. When we entered the hotel it smelled very delicious and that's another thing. They welcomed us very well, the food was delicious. Thank you so much.

The place is great! However, the set of stairs leading up to the reception and storage area can be difficult to navigate if you have heavy bags.
