Luggage storage Downtown Lisbon

Our flight was delayed so we did not require storage, but all of my correspondence with bounce employees has been very helpful. I will definitely recommend/use in the future.

Excellent experience, easy drop off and pick up!

Super easy, the guys at the shop were very helpful and even let us come back midday to get our umbrellas from our luggage when it started to rain.

I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time using this service but over all it was fine! They didn't realize I was leaving it for 3 days so they thought I owed more money so be sure to clarify how long you're keeping your luggage there! I thought bounce would send them confirmation email like I received but I guess they didn't? Maybe something worth doing so there's no confusion.

Was easy to leave my stuff there, and it’s a great location in Lisbon central, close to metro & taxis. The guy in the shop was super friendly. Bags are left “out the back” of the shop, away from customers although might be worth using a padlock here for peace of mind. But they seemed safe enough, and we’re all there when we went to collect :)
