Luggage storage Downtown Lisbon

The suitcases are not stored individually.

This lugagge locker is located in a Souvenirs shop. It was not indicated so we just asked at the shop and they said it was there. You book and pay online ands get a reference number that you show to them (not sure what it is used for). They store the lugagge in the basement (you don’t see it). And as other reviews say they tag your bag and give you a receipt with paper stickers and handwritten. But they looked honest and we trusted. The lugagge was kept safe and handed over in good conditions. They were friendly.

The employee seemed confused on what to do. They used post-it notes for the transaction. It seemed very unofficial.

It didn’t feel very secure. They put them in some back room I guess? And then they gave me a post it note with details when I clearly used the app. Felt ad hoc and although the men there were nice enough it was an odd experience. Probably wouldn’t reuse.

The bags were just left in a corridor in the shop, and not put into a secure room. So there was a risk someone could have taken them. Also, I only received a post-it note as a receipt, which could easily have been lost

This was a great place to store our luggage while we waited to get our apartment. It was close to where we were staying and the people were friendly and helpful.

Smooth service. A bit weird to getour recept written on a post-it, but everything went smooth.

Super easy, the guys at the shop were very helpful and even let us come back midday to get our umbrellas from our luggage when it started to rain.
