Store was closed, so I went to another job by the same owner. I had to ask around the shops. Which made it annoying. The logo was missing from the shop so it was all abit confusing

It’s was very good. The only problem is to find a place. The photo in profile is old.

This service worked great! Very friendly staff in the shops and well organized. I will book it again! Please be aware that the shop you drop your luggage is not the one on the photo but another one very close by, which us a travel agency. And the shop is actually located inside the jardim Zoologico metro station.

Nice people but only speak English. Please note that the store in question is currently closed so you have to go to the "Riad Travel" next to the café.

My first eperiance with bounce, very dood service !Would be nice if there is some extra instruction to find the place, this one was in the subway, you cans see it from the street

Amazing, is not in the zoo. Is down at the metro, easy to find if you read carefully and don’t go straight to the zoo.
