First time trying this so felt safer going with a hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and quick making the whole process incredibly easy!

Everything was amazing, my only feedback was to have a sign/sticker in the hotel window as we were confused where it was.

There is no sign outside announcing the place, we had to go into the hotel to ask. They also charged us for 3 bags, regardless of size. We had a suitcase and two backpacks, but they charged for all 3 bags anyway. They should charge by space, not by bag. Too expensive for a few hours. We will not repeat the experience.

The price may be a bit high, but I don't know if staying at the hotel where it is located would lower the price. Thanks

This is a great location. My fiance and I stored our luggage here on our last day visiting Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out was as sooth as can be. Will definitely look to store our luggage here again when we return to Lisbon in the future!
