Luggage storage Outside Lime Street Station

The store clerk does not understand much about the service, but once he speaks to another person that knows better, everything goes smoothly.

Everything went very well.

Didn't bother finding my booking just took the luggage & stuck a bit of paper on it

Staff didn't understand me (language barrier) . Bags taken with no tags but a post-it note with my name on it.

No one seemed to know what was happening bags were just left on shop floor as we left and took a very long time to be returned

When I booked this, Bounce didn't tell me where it was so I was surprised it was a shop like this. As I went in someone else had just given their bag in and they just left it at the side for anyone to take. When I collected it they didn't ask for any proof of ID or booking which made me think anyone could've taken it. As well as that, the front pocket had been opened which had stuff in which I wasn't impressed with
